require socialization or training, dogs who do not play well with
others, or dogs who require dedicated, increased staffing for medical or behavioral

Because of our overhead and staff scheduling, our small facility cannot offer refunds when you cancel. Depending on when cancellations occur, we may be able to offer a credit balance.

As a private conditioning facility, Nysa Hill is not open to the public, nor do we have open-to-the-public hours. All services, tours, meetings are made by appointment only in order to best accomodate our clients' own schedules, sessions and needs.

SERVICES
Free Play & Stay
Your dog will love Nysa Hill's Sequoia Grove, garden steppes, and winding paths. We arrange group play and rest sessions suited to the seasons, with our property's variety and experience. If you'd like to join your best friend, come too, and play in your own "private dog park" with many custom amenities available to your liking. We offer several packages - rates are per dog, per day.

Exclusive/Private-Play & Stay, and Private Suites
With advance notice and pre-screening, we can organize play, rest and comfort sessions for a dog who may need separation from other dogs and additional staff supervision. Private Play & Stay is recommended for dogs that may not be able to play in groups due to health, temperament or behavior. Or, you may just want to treat your dog to its own space for some dedicated R&R in one of our Private Areas such as the Cabana in The Sequoia Grove, The Sunroom or The Blue Room. Rates are per dog, per day. See the chart above.

If your dog has been a little too sedentary, or simply needs some extra toning, let us do the work, from hiking, field work or play designed to increase athleticism and appearance. Programs and rates customized to your dog's needs.

Dog Swim and Water Sessions
Nysa Hill's balmy, heated waters and naturally salt-chlorinated stone grotto pool await as pines and eucalyptus gently sway overhead, surrounded by deep blue sky. We supervise swim sessions in the gated waters, using toys, floats and canine water jackets, if indicated. If you like, you can join your pooch to enjoy swimming or working the waters. If you simply want to soak in the sun while your dog is here, you can do that too.

| Dog Taxi
If your best friend needs to visit the vet while you're busy, we will take them. Please call or email for areas served and rates.
Canine Massage & Accupressure
Your dogs muscles are relaxed and released by one of our trained canine/equine therapists. Requires advance booking.
Weight Management
Nysa Hill will create a custom program designed to get your dog to its optimum weight.
Hydrotherapy and Conditioning
Water therapy is used with great success in the physical rehabilitation of people with muscular or skeletal afflictions. Likewise, water therapy is of great benefit to dogs. Please call about the various programs available for toning, rehabilitation, arthritis.
You Need A Break Day
The boss has just told you your project has a new deadline - tomorrow. Or maybe you just need a break from everything, kids and pets, to share a quiet day at home with a loved one or alone. Let your dog enjoy the day at Nysa Hill worry-free, knowing they're getting the exercise and attention they need while you work, or decompress, for a day or more.
Therapy Dog Training
Certified and Delta Team Trained, Nysa Hill's Angie Diehl trains her own dogs at Nysa Hill to perform animal-assisted activities, comfort and care at various facilities, with the young and old. The same training can improve your own dog's behavior. If you and your pet are interested in pursuing therapy training and work, we would be happy to assist.

| Private Comfort Dog Services and Canine Friends
Nysa Hill dogs do visit assisted living facilities and hospitals on a volunteer basis. But some people want their own "personal dog," yet cannot handle the work of owning a dog full-time. Let us do that. We match the right Nysa Hill dog for your needs and bring them to you on a regular basis. Our dogs are trained throroughly to maximize their abilities as comfort dogs and to ensure they provide the best possible experience to you. We handle their feeding, their exercise, their health, grooming, veterinary bills and their continued, ongoing care. You enjoy their warmth and love, worry-free. We stay with you and the dog to make it easy during the visits. As featured on ABC News, science now verifies the real benefits of animal therapy in promoting healing and well-being. Each service is customized to the client's needs.
Overnight Visits
Ask about how our staff can spend a night or extended nights with your beloved dog(s) while you go out of town or on vacation.
Basic Obedience
Ask about working on the important basics with our trainers: sit, stay, heel, down and housebreaking.
Advanced Obedience
Our Director of Obedience is one of the foremost experts in the area, and we attest to the magic she can work with nearly any dog, any behavioral or obedience issue. Please call or email us for advanced rates and schedule.

Location
Our
exclusive hideaway is in gorgeous Granada Hills, (about 20 minutes
northwest of LAX), in California horse country. Our haven offers fresh
air, breezes, warm waters, tree-topped groves and endless hours of
enjoyment for your dog. From basic day care to more specialized
services, we're dedicated to the happiness and health of your dog. Map to Nysa Hill For locals, we are North of Rinaldi, across from Zelzah Park.
Hours
As
a private facility, Nysa Hill is not open to the public, nor do we keep
Open-to-the-Public hours. Rather, we work with your schedule as needed,
and many of our clients have very unique hours. We'll do our best to
meet your requirements.
Alerts
Alerts help us manage our appointments and serve all clients. Please give us your ETA and ETD at the time of booking so we may schedule accordingly. We require at least 60 minutes notice of change in arrival or pick up times, so we may have your dog ready at our Valet Gate for you. If you arrive unexpectedly while we are in training, grooming or hydro appointment, we will not be available until the appointments are done.
Valet Gate
We
will open the Valet Gate and escort your dogs from your car and into
Nysa Hill. Because Nysa Hill does serve as a training and conditioning
facility, please do not release your dogs or enter the
Pedestrian Gate without a staff member escort. There may be other dogs
working or present in the Front Garden area.
