Location Our exclusive hideaway is in gorgeous Granada Hills, (about 20 minutes northwest of LAX), in California horse country. Our haven offers fresh air, breezes, warm waters, tree-topped groves and endless hours of enjoyment for your dog. Pre-Pay or Billing Nysa Hill accepts personal checks, cash, plus bankcards, debit cards, MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express via PayPal. If you would like to receive billing, the 2008 rates below apply. If you pay in advance or at the time of service, you may receive the discounted rates from 2007. Package and Multiple Dog Discounts Clients whose dogs visit three times a week or more are eligible for special package discounts, depending on the breed, needs and staffing requirements for your particular situation. Please inquire for more details.
VIP Pass Nysa Hill's "VIP Pass" is a special discount rate that acknowledges your dog's great socialization and training. Based on their extraordinary behavior and temperament, they are a joy to know! VIP status entitles a dog to package rate discounts, preferred booking status, and free gifts of products and more throughout the year.
Free Play & Stay Your dog will love Nysa Hill's Sequoia Grove, garden steppes, and winding paths. We arrange group play and rest sessions suited to the seasons, with our property's variety and experience. If you'd like to join your best friend, come too, and play in your own "private dog park" with many custom amenities available to your liking. We offer several packages - rates are per dog, per day.

To participate in "free play" your dog should already be able to get along in groups with other guest dogs, human guests and staff. Dogs who require socialization or training, dogs who do not play well with others, or dogs who require dedicated, increased staffing for behavioral issues will be segregated from others as needed and converted to private Play & Stay charges (below).
Exclusive/Private-Play & Stay, and Private Suites With advance notice and pre-screening, we can organize play, rest and comfort sessions for a dog who may need separation from other dogs and additional staff supervision. Private Play & Stay is recommended for dogs that may not be able to play in groups due to health, temperament or behavior. Or, you may just want to treat your dog to its own space for some dedicated R&R in one of our Private Areas such as the Cabana in The Sequoia Grove, The Sunroom or The Blue Room. Dog Swim and Water Sessions Nysa Hill's balmy, heated waters and naturally salt-chlorinated stone grotto pool await as pines and eucalyptus gently sway overhead, surrounded by deep blue sky. We supervise swim sessions in the gated waters, using toys, floats and canine water jackets, if indicated. If you like, you can join your pooch to enjoy swimming or working the waters. If you simply want to soak in the sun while your dog is here, you can do that too.

Dog Taxi If your best friend needs to visit the vet while you're busy, we will take them. Please call or email for areas served and rates.
Canine Massage & Accupressure Your dogs muscles are relaxed and released by one of our trained canine/equine therapists. Requires advance booking.
Weight Management Nysa Hill will create a custom program designed to get your dog to its optimum weight.
Hydrotherapy and Conditioning Water therapy is used with great success in the physical rehabilitation of people with muscular or skeletal afflictions. Likewise, water therapy is of great benefit to dogs. Please call about the various programs available for toning, rehabilitation, arthritis.
You Need A Break Day The boss has just told you your project has a new deadline - tomorrow. Or maybe you just need a break from everything, kids and pets, to share a quiet day at home with a loved one or alone. Let your dog enjoy the day at Nysa Hill worry-free, knowing they're getting the exercise and attention they need while you work, or decompress, for a day or more.
Therapy Dog Training Certified and Delta Team Trained, Nysa Hill's Angie Diehl trains her own dogs at Nysa Hill to perform animal-assisted activities, comfort and care at various facilities, with the young and old. The same training can improve your own dog's behavior. If you and your pet are interested in pursuing therapy training and work, we would be happy to assist.

Private Comfort Dog Services and Canine Friends
Nysa Hill dogs do visit assisted living facilities and hospitals on a volunteer basis. But some people want their own "personal dog," yet cannot handle the work of owning a dog full-time. Let us do that. We match the right Nysa Hill dog for your needs and bring them to you on a regular basis. Our dogs are trained throroughly to maximize their abilities as comfort dogs and to ensure they provide the best possible experience to you. We handle their feeding, their exercise, their health, grooming, veterinary bills and their continued, ongoing care. You enjoy their warmth and love, worry-free. We stay with you and the dog to make it easy during the visits. As featured on ABC News, science now verifies the real benefits of animal therapy in promoting healing and well-being. Each service is customized to the client's needs.
Overnight Visits Your dog can spend the night or extended nights at Nysa Hill while you go out of town or on vacation. Depending on what your pet is used to, we can offer sleeping arrangements that will feel as close to home as possible.
Basic Obedience Ask about working on the important basics with our trainers: sit, stay, heel, down and housebreaking.
